KNOWSLEY FURNITURE CENTRE LTD operates the onjewelspot website and provides the following return and refund policy.

Refund and Exchange Eligibility

We offer a free full refund or exchange within 30 days after the order has been paid for. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at [email protected] and clearly state the reason. If the 30-day period has passed, we will not issue a refund. For the refund, please provide your PayPal account information. The refund process may take a few days, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs

a. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning multiple items, it is recommended to return them together to get a free return for all items. Returning each item individually may result in additional shipping charges being borne by you.

b. If the product is in good condition and you are returning it for other reasons, the postage costs will need to be borne by you.

Return or Exchange Request

  • Please contact us by email before confirming the return and exchange.
  • Please provide the return tracking number of the receipt.
  • Your items must be intact and without signs of depreciation.
  • Keep the original packaging in the same condition as when it was received, including all labels and boxes.
  • Send an email with the original receipt and return tracking number to [email protected].
  • The product must be in its original state with all tags attached.

Please Note

The website reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. We will send the rejected items back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return. Please follow the steps in the Email we send to you to do a return and exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and it can take up to 5 business days to process it, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy.

If You Haven’t Received a Refund Yet

  • Please recheck your financial institution account first.
  • Then contact your financial institution. Refund posting usually takes some processing time.
